Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority here at Sassy beach. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return or exchange your item for a credit or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please fill out the return/exchange form included with your merchandise and mail it back. All products must be in their original packaging, unworn/unused and unwashed. The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid U.S. mail or UPS. Sassy Beach is not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility. Please allow 2-3 weeks from return/exchange receipt date to process the return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid or a merchandise exchange.
Please check all your addresses carefully. We cannot be responsible for lost or late shipments due to incorrect addresses. There will be an extra charge for incorrect addresses.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn/unused and unwashed. Please indicate what is defective with the product so we can insure quality control. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or refund on the damaged merchandise.

If we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective, once the product is received by our Returns Department, we will refund your shipping price, otherwise the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to accommodate the cancellation, as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will be responsible for returning the item along with return shipping fees, per our return policy.
Order Tracking
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include an order tracking number (FedEx or UPS) or a delivery confirmation number (USPS) in the e-mail confirmation that we send you once your products have been shipped. With your order tracking number you can check on the status of your delivery by visiting FedEx, United Parcel Service or US Postal Service directly.
Please remember the following things when trying to estimate package delivery; Credit card authorization, address verification, mail time, holidays & etc.
Out of Stock Items
If the item you ordered is unavailable or does not meet our standards, we will ship an item of equal or greater value.
We at Sassy Beach make every effort to ensure accuracy of all information and we reserve the right to make corrections if an error occurs.
Unfortunately, high demand may cause us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have decided to order we will indicate out-of-stock on your e-mail verification notice that we send you. We do not charge your credit card until your items are processed and in stock.
Tax Policy
Sassy Beach, LLC collects applicable taxes in Florida. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in the state of Florida. Please note that the order totals online reflect an estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card or Paypal account will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is processed.
Payment & Billing
The SassyBeach.com website accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal payments online. Personal Checks, Business Checks and Money Orders payable in US Dollars can be mailed to Sassy Beach for payment. These payments need to be made out to Sassy Beach. For your security do not send cash. Sassy Beach is not responsible for the loss of payments in the mail. Your order will not be shipped out until payment is received and processed.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please make sure to check to see if you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered matches your credit card statement. Please contact your credit card company if a problem persists.
